The role is responsible for managing key human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. It ensures compliance with labor laws and company policies, supports staff development, and promotes a positive and productive work environment while maintaining accurate records and efficient HR operations.

  • Manage the full recruitment process, including workforce planning, job posting, candidate screening, interviews, offer preparation, and onboarding.
  • Support organizational change initiatives and promote a positive workplace culture aligned with company values.
  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary processes, ensuring fair and timely resolution in line with company policies and labour laws.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation, including tracking renewals and expiries.
  • Oversee employee lifecycle processes such as probation, confirmations, promotions, and terminations.
  • Track and analyse employee performance using KPIs, and provide reports to management.
  • Monitor attendance, punctuality, and absenteeism using HR systems.
  • Manage leave administration, including approvals, balance tracking, and reporting.
  • Address payroll-related queries in coordination with finance to ensure accurate and timely salary processing.
  • Implement HR policies and update to ensure compliance with labour regulations.
  • Coordinate staff training and development programs and maintain training records.
  • Support HR audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.
  • Manage internal communication channels and company announcements.
  • Record and maintain minutes for management, staff, and workers committee meetings.
  • Maintain the notice board by ensuring updated policies and announcements are clearly displayed.
  • Handle workplace accidents and safety procedures, including reporting and ensuring compliance with DOSH requirements.
  • Develop policies and ideas to improve labour morale and conditions at the work place
  • Organise and manage trainings and prepare audits
  • Ensure renewal of licences in a timely manner
  • A degree in Human Resource Management or a related course
  • Must have completed CHRP Certification
  • Must be a Member of the Institute of Human Resource Management
  • Must have a Valid Practicing Licence
  • Must have prior experience in the Agriculture Sector
