Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate HR Intern eager to gain hands-on experience in human resource management. The intern will support day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, and recruitment activities, while learning the fundamentals of HR compliance and employee wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment activities, including posting jobs, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews.
• Support in maintaining HR records and employee files.
• Assist in drafting contracts, policies, and employee communication.
• Participate in onboarding sessions and employee wellness initiatives.
• Support HR reporting, tracking leave days, and maintaining compliance.
• Collaborate with the HR team on engagement and retention activities.

Requirements:

• Strong interest in building a career in Human Resources.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
• Basic knowledge of HR policies and labor laws is a plus.
• Must have active LinkedIn profile, TikTok, and Instagram.
• Full-time availability; not a student.
