Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate HR Intern eager to gain hands-on experience in human resource management. The intern will support day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, and recruitment activities, while learning the fundamentals of HR compliance and employee wellness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment activities, including posting jobs, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews.
- Support in maintaining HR records and employee files.
- Assist in drafting contracts, policies, and employee communication.
- Participate in onboarding sessions and employee wellness initiatives.
- Support HR reporting, tracking leave days, and maintaining compliance.
- Collaborate with the HR team on engagement and retention activities.
Requirements:
- Strong interest in building a career in Human Resources.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
- Basic knowledge of HR policies and labor laws is a plus.
- Must have active LinkedIn profile, TikTok, and Instagram.
- Full-time availability; not a student.
