Strategic HR Leadership:

  • Develop HR strategies for East Africa operations, aligning with projects like KPLC collaborations.
  • Advise leadership using data-driven insights (talent acquisition, performance, compensation).

Talent Acquisition & Management:

  • Lead recruitment: Plan workforce needs, leverage local channels (e.g., Kenyan job markets), and onboard talent.
  • Optimize performance management and career development frameworks.

Compliance & Culture:

  • Ensure 100% adherence to Kenyan labor laws and company policies.
  • Champion Inhemeter’s culture through employee engagement and values integration.

Administrative Oversight:

Manage office operations, facilities, and employee services in Nairobi.

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years as HRBP, HR Manager, or similar role.
  • Language: Fluent English (mandatory). Chinese proficiency or previous experience working for a chinese company is a strong advantage.
  • Local Expertise: Deep knowledge of Kenyan labor laws and recruitment landscapes.
  • Experience with public/private sector projects (e.g., energy/utility sector) preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication, cross-departmental coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and results-driven mindset.
