Requirements
- Diploma in HR Management, Business Administration or related field
- 2–3 years’ HR experience in a busy retail or supermarket environment a MUST
- Familiarity with Kenyan labor laws and HRIS platforms
Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment: adverts, screening, interviews & onboarding
- Maintain accurate personnel files & HRIS data entry
- Process payroll inputs: attendance, leave, statutory deductions
- Coordinate performance appraisals, staff training & development programs
- Handle employee queries on policies, benefits & welfare
- Assist with HR reporting and compliance documentation
