Our client is seeking to recruit a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. The successful candidate will assist in recruitment, employee records management, onboarding, and general HR administrative duties while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

  • Support recruitment processes including job postings, screening applications, and coordinating interviews
  • Assist with onboarding and induction of new employees
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases
  • Provide administrative support in HR operations, including preparation of HR documents and reports
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and HR projects
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with labour laws and internal policies
  • Respond to employee queries and provide general HR support

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of relevant HR or administrative experience
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems is an added advantage
