What You’ll Do:
- Supervise and coordinate room attendants, cleaners, and laundry staff
- Inspect rooms & public areas to maintain top cleanliness standards
- Train, coach, and motivate the housekeeping team
- Prepare daily work schedules & manage inventories
- Handle guest requests and resolve concerns promptly
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Diploma in Hospitality Management (preferred)
- 2–3 years of housekeeping experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role (hotel/resort preferred)
- Strong leadership & organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage diverse teams
- Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
