Our client, a fast-growing boutique lodge is seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Manager to lead operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
The lodge blends modern comfort, personalized service, and tranquil hospitality , and is looking for a leader who can uphold and elevate these standards while driving performance and team excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and guest services
- Lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing team, fostering a positive and collaborative work culture
- Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experience and consistently high service standards
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency
- Drive occupancy, revenue growth, and cost control initiatives
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance
- Coordinate events, conferences, and group bookings
- Develop and implement operational policies and service improvements
Key Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in hotel/lodge management, preferably in a boutique or resort setting
- Proven experience in team leadership and operations management
- Strong understanding of hospitality systems, revenue management, and service delivery
