Location: Jocham Hospital, Mtwapa Branch
Jocham Hospital, a leading healthcare provider, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Branch Manager to oversee the operations of our Mtwapa branch. The successful candidate will provide leadership and ensure efficient service delivery, operational excellence, and patient satisfaction while driving growth and compliance with healthcare standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership and management of the Mtwapa branch.
- Oversee day-to-day operations including clinical services, administration, finance, and support functions.
- Ensure adherence to healthcare quality standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage budgets, cost controls, and financial performance of the branch.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise staff to achieve high standards of patient care and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow patient numbers and expand services.
- Handle stakeholder relationships including patients, staff, community, and regulatory bodies.
- Prepare and present reports on branch performance to senior management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Clinical Medicine from a recognized institution.
- Registered and licensed by the respective professional body (Clinical Officers Council).
- Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in hospital or healthcare management.
- Strong financial management, people management, and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and accreditation standards.
- A Master’s Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field will be an added advantage.
