We are looking to fill the position of Head of Collection for Mobile Lending App .

The ideal candidate should be experienced and results driven , can lead and optimize our debt recovery operations for a fast-growing mobile lending app.

He/she will develop and implement effective collection strategies, drive portfolio performance, and ensure strong repayment discipline across all customer segments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the collections department across digital and field operations.
• Design and implement collection strategies to minimize default rates and maximize recoveries.
• Monitor portfolio performance, analyze repayment trends, and recommend data-driven improvements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards in all collection activities.
• Collaborate with credit risk, customer service, and product teams to improve customer experience and repayment behavior.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in credit or collections, preferably in digital lending, microfinance, or fintech.
• Proven track record of managing high-performing teams and achieving strong recovery results.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
