Graduate Trainee – Quality Assurance / Quality Control) Job

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-driven fresh graduates to join our Quality Assurance and Quality Control team as Graduate Trainee at MINI GROUP.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring and enforcing food safety and hygiene standards across production lines.
• Conduct quality checks on raw materials, in-process items, and finished baked goods.
• Support the implementation of HACCP, GMP, and ISO 22000 standards.
• Participate in internal audits and help document corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production and R&D teams to maintain product consistency and quality.
• Maintain accurate QA/QC records and reports.

Requirements:

• A recent graduate with a degree in Food Science & Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, or a related field.
• Strong interest in food quality, safety, and manufacturing processes.
• Attention to detail and good observational skills.
• Willingness to work in a dynamic, high-speed production environment.
• Basic understanding of food safety standards and quality systems is an added advantage.
