Role Description

We are seeking a Mid-Level Full-Stack Developer to help transform Partially developed and assisted prototype code into fully functional, secure, scalable, and production-ready healthcare applications. Someone who already has solid experience, wants to grow technically, and enjoys working on meaningful, real-world systems. This role requires someone who can think architecturally

The role remote, on-demand contract role, The developer will be responsible for reviewing, refactoring, correcting, extending, and operationalizing existing/ generated codebases into robust, compliant healthcare systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing, refining, and operationalizing existing application code into stable, secure, and compliant production systems. The role requires a strong understanding of software engineering best practices, system reliability, and security standards appropriate for healthcare and other regulated environments.

Key focus

• Code stabilization, refactoring, and production readiness
• Security, data protection, and system reliability
• Collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders

Key responsibilities

• Review, audit, refactor, and stabilize existing/generated availed code.
• Convert prototype and partially implemented features into production-ready functionality.
• Design and implement scalable, secure back-end services and APIs.
• Build and optimize front-end user interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
• Ensure data security, privacy, and regulatory alignment appropriate for healthcare platforms.
• Improve system performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and healthcare domain teams to refine workflows.
• Add new features, redesign components, and restructure architecture where necessary.
• Write documentation, tests, and technical notes to support maintainability.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in both Back-End and Front-End development.
• Proficiency in:
• MUST have 3–4 years of experience in software development (Hands On) .
• Python and Django
• Node.js
• JavaScript
• React / React Native
• HTML & CSS
• Experience designing and working with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL preferred).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in remote team environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience working in healthcare, fintech, or other regulated industries is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with security best practices, data protection, and system reliability is highly value
