Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective French lessons for both the Cambridge and Competency-Based Curriculum (CBC) streams.
- Prepare schemes of work, lesson plans, teaching aids, and assessments
- Monitor and evaluate student progress and maintain proper academic records.
- Foster a positive and respectful classroom environment that supports individual student growth.
- Participate actively in co-curricular activities, language clubs, and school events.
- Collaborate with other teachers and departments to support cross-curricular learning.
- Maintain accurate student attendance and performance records.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience
- DELF B2
- Diploma in French Language from Alliance Française or equivalent internationally recognized certification.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education (Arts) with French as a teaching subject from a recognized university.
- Proven teaching experience of at least 5 years, including work with both primary and high school learners.
- Strong grasp of both the Cambridge International Curriculum (up to Year 12) and KNEC/CBC systems.
- Proficiency in integrating technology in language teaching.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate learners through creativity and cultural immersion.
