We’re hiring freelance trainers to join our team in January 2026.
Vacancy Requirements:
- 3 years teaching experience
- Must have a Diploma or degree in Education
- Experience in Competency Based Education (CBE) is highly preferred
- Adult training experience and knowledge of the Kenya Basic Education Curriculum Framework (BECF) is highly preferred
- Proficiency in digital skills is strongly preferred
- Must be flexible and willing to work adaptably to changing circumstances.
- Must possess demonstrated problem solving and conflict management skills.
- Must have access to a laptop and internet connectivity.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to adapt training to varying teacher levels
- Creative and proactive
- Clear understanding of National education goals
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Available at least 8 working days per month
Responsibilities:
- Undertake and deliver training workshops in our schools
- Work with the DEAN team to ensure smooth implementation of the program
- Maintain strong communication, ensuring smooth flow of information
- Meet program reporting deliverables
