Greben LTD is seeking a qualified and practical Food Science / Beverage Production Consultant to support the continued development and improvement of Jaba Tamu Juice™ on a short-term consultancy basis.
We are looking for an individual with hands-on understanding of beverage production, natural shelf-life improvement, production systems, and quality control to help us strengthen and scale our operations.
Scope of Work
The consultant will assist with:
- Natural shelf-life improvement strategies
- Product consistency and formulation standardization
- Development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Production process optimization
- Quality control and hygiene systems
- Batch tracking and record-keeping systems
- Staff guidance and operational recommendations
Preferred Qualifications
We are looking for someone with experience or training in:
- Food Science & Technology
- Beverage Production
- Nutrition & Food Processing
- Quality Assurance / Quality Control
- Juice or FMCG Production
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Understanding of natural preservation methods
- Experience in juice or beverage processing
- Ability to create practical SOPs and systems
- Knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards
- Strong problem-solving and operational thinking
Consultancy Arrangement
- Temporary / project-based engagement
- Flexible working arrangement
- Site visits may be required depending on project need
