Finance Manager Job LifeCare Hospitals
LifeCare Hospitals is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join their team. If you have a strong background in financial planning, reporting, and management within a healthcare or similarly regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and oversee the hospital’s annual budget, financial forecasts, and expenditure plans. Monitor financial performance and prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Manage cash flow, revenue, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll operations.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards. Coordinate financial audits and implement effective internal financial controls.
- Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to support hospital management decision
