Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall financial management of the company, including accounting, cash flow management, tax planning, and financial
• Handle tax filing and planning in compliance with Kenyan tax regulations;
• Establish and improve financial management systems and internal control frameworks to ensure compliance and risk control;
• Prepare annual budgets and cash flow plans, monitor execution, and conduct variance analysis;
• Manage company cash flow effectively and optimize the use of funds;
• Review and ensure accuracy, completeness,and reliability of all financial reports;
• Liaise with external auditors, banks, and government authorities;
• Provide financial insights and professional advice to support business decision-making;
• Lead, manage, and develop the finance team to enhance overall performance.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’ s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field;
• Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent is preferred;
• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant finance experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role;
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel;
• Strong analytical and financial management skills
• Must have experience in real estate or construction.
• Excellent communication, coordination, team leadership skills;
• Strong knowledge of Kenyan tax laws and tax
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and strong professional ethics.
