Role Overview
We are seeking two dynamic Field Sales Agents to serve as the face of Agriflex on the ground. You will play a key role in growing our customer base, driving sales of certified agricultural inputs, and building long-term relationships with agro-dealers and smallholder farmers.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with agro-dealers.
- Promote and sell certified agricultural inputs and Agriflex services
- Conduct field visits, farm demonstrations, and farmer trainings
- Support agro-dealers with product knowledge, pricing, and demand planning
- Collect market intelligence, farmer feedback, and competitor insights
- Track sales activities and customer data using provided digital tools
- Collaborate with operations and technical teams to ensure timely delivery and service quality
- Represent Agriflex professionally at field days, activations, and community events
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness or a related field
- Previous experience in field sales, agro-input distribution, or farmer engagement is an added advantage
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently in the field
- Basic digital literacy (smartphone use, WhatsApp, simple reporting tools)
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions
