About the Role:
Canaaneast Group is seeking a highly competent and dedicated Executive Personal Assistant to provide essential support to our senior leadership team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, integrity, and professionalism, ensuring smooth and efficient executive operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Offer comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the executive team
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
- Prepare detailed reports, impactful presentations, and professional correspondence
- Facilitate seamless communication between the executive office and internal/external stakeholders Handle confidential information discreetly and with the highest level of integrity
- Organize meetings, events, and special projects as required
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role as an Executive PA.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrates high levels of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
- Possess a valid Kenyan passport and are willing to undertake international travel frequently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Public Relations, or related disciplines.
- Professional certification in secretarial studies (e.g., Certified Professional Secretary – CPS, or equivalent) is an advantage.

- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Resourceful problem-solver with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently
- Strong interpersonal skills with the capacity to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in sensitive situations
