Our client is seeking a highly professional and experienced Executive Driver to provide safe, reliable, and discreet driving services to the company’s Directors. The role requires a strong focus on security, confidentiality, and professionalism.
The Executive Driver will ensure the highest standards of executive transport, including vehicle maintenance, passenger safety, and discretion in all aspects of travel.

  • Conduct daily vehicle inspection and maintenance checks to ensure roadworthiness, including tyres, fuel, oil, lubricants, and cleanliness.
  • Provide executive driving services to authorized passengers for meetings, functions, and official travel within Nairobi and up-country.
  • Ensure vehicles are serviced at the prescribed mileage and that all service details are accurately recorded in the logbook.
  • Contribute to the preparation of vehicle maintenance plans and reports.
  • Submit all purchase receipts promptly and report any mechanical faults or incidents immediately.
  • Maintain constant communication with the office using approved communication systems.
  • Ensure the safety and security of passengers and vehicles at all times.
  • Enforce passenger safety measures, including seat belt usage.
  • Observe and adhere strictly to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Report any incidents or accidents immediately to the police and the office.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion regarding passengers, routes, discussions, and destinations.
  • This is a live-in position.
  • Must be between 38 and 50 years of age.
  • Possess a minimum of a high school certificate.
  • Hold a valid Kenyan driving license with a clean driving record and no criminal or drunk-driving offenses in the past seven (7) years.
  • Trained at a reputable driving school with defensive driving certification.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Kenyan Traffic Laws.
  • Minimum of eight (8) years’ experience driving senior executives and VIPs.
  • Previous experience with organizations providing secure journey management or executive transport services will be an added advantage.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent situational awareness and the ability to assess risks quickly and accurately.
  • High level of emotional intelligence and professionalism.
  • Strong understanding of modern technology, including smartphones, communication, and collaboration applications.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively, including overnight travel with minimal notice.
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain an extremely high level of confidentiality and discretion.

Gross Salary: Ksh 60k
