English / French Language Trainer Job

The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced English or French Language Trainer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging language instruction to our diverse clientele, empowering them to achieve proficiency and fluency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver tailored, interactive language lessons and learning materials for various proficiency levels.
• Assess learner progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching strategies to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Integrate modern teaching methodologies, technology, and multimedia resources to create an immersive learning experience.
• Collaborate with the team to develop customized language programs based on client needs.

Qualifications & Skills

• Native or near-native proficiency in English or French.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Linguistics, Education, Languages) and proven experience teaching the respective language to adults, preferably in a professional setting.
• Relevant teaching certifications (e.g., TESOL, TEFL, CELTA for English; DELF, DALF for French) are a strong advantage.
• Strong knowledge of language acquisition theories and modern pedagogical approaches.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with technology-enhanced learning tools and the ability to foster an inclusive, engaging classroom environment.
