Requirements for appointment
For appointment to this grade, an officer must:-
- Have a bachelors degree in a field of agricultural engineering, such as soil and water, mechanization/farm power structures or any other relevant and equivalent qualification from a recognized institution
- A masters degree in any of the relevant fields is an added advantage
- Be registered by the engineer’s registration board of Kenya and
- Have demonstrated administrative ability, professional and technical competence in the field of agricultural engineering.
