Duties and Responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities at this level will include:
- Collecting, collating, and analyzing economic data in the relevant sectors;
- Compiling sector-specific draft reports;
- Participating in monitoring and evaluation activities in the county;
- Providing support in the preparation of policy briefs and reports on the relevant sectors;
- Capturing data on budgetary requirements;
- Uploading information in the National Integrated Monitoring and Evaluation System (NIMES); and
- Performing any other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Requirements for Appointment
For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have:
- Bachelor’s degree in any of the following disciplines: Economics, Statistics, Economics and Mathematics, Economics and Finance, or Economics and Statistics from a recognized institution; and
- Certificate in computer application skills.
