Job Summary:
We are seeking an Economic Modeling and Forecasting Consultant Trainer to provide advanced training in economic modeling, data analysis, and forecasting for policy and business applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and update training modules on economic modeling techniques and forecasting methodologies.
- Deliver hands-on workshops and seminars for economists, analysts, and decision-makers.
- Provide practical exercises in model construction, calibration, and scenario analysis.
- Guide participants in interpreting forecasts and applying them to real-world challenges.
- Stay current with modeling best practices and integrate them into training.
- Evaluate training outcomes and continuously enhance content.
- Support organizations in improving their forecasting and analytical capabilities.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Economics, Econometrics, or Statistics.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in economic modeling and forecasting.
- Proven experience in training or professional development.
- Proficiency in statistical and modeling software (e.g., STATA, EViews, R).
- Strong analytical, communication, and facilitation skills.
