Key Responsibilities
- Implement Data-Driven Strategy: Assist Senior Strategists with comprehensive website audits, analyze user behavior, and support the creation of customized A/B testing roadmaps based on data-driven insights.
- Own Project Execution: Manage the day-to-day details of the Asana board, translating the team’s strategic plan into an executed project. You will track and update tasks, timelines, and milestones to ensure timely delivery.
- Support Client Relationships: Act as a reliable daily point of contact. Support senior strategists on client calls, help prepare findings, and learn how to build strong, effective partnerships.
- Report & Track Business Impact: Monitor and analyze A/B testing results, helping to compile regular reports with actionable insights that summarize clear business impact and ROI.

What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a high-ownership mentality:
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization, Analytics, eCommerce optimization, or experimentation-focused roles — OR a strong portfolio of CRO-related projects.
- Exceptional Organization: Strong organizational skills; you are proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable keeping a project’s tasks on track. Proficiency with tools like Asana is a huge plus.
- Confident Communicator: Excellent communication skills, with the confidence and desire to support client-facing meetings.
- Foundational Analytics Skills: Required understanding of Google Analytics 4. Familiarity with heatmapping and A/B testing tools is a major bonus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Mindset: A strong passion for delivering measurable results and an intelligent approach to problem-solving.
