Key Responsibilities:
- Safely drive hotel guests, staff, and executives to various destinations as assigned
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure it is always in good working condition
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any faults or service needs
- Adhere to all traffic rules, hotel policies, and safety regulations
- Ensure timely pickups and drop-offs while maintaining professional customer service
- Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance
- Assist with guest luggage and provide courteous service at all times
- Support hotel errands, deliveries, and other transport-related tasks when needed
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Valid Kenyan Driving License (Class BCE or higher)
- Minimum 3 years of professional driving experience (preferably in the hospitality industry)
- Certificate of Good Conduct from the Kenya Police
- Basic mechanical knowledge is an added advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-groomed, disciplined, and customer-focused
- Familiarity with Nairobi and surrounding areas (or the hotel’s specific location)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
