The Director – Internal Audit provides strategic leadership in internal audit and risk assurance functions within the Commission.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Leading development and implementation of internal audit strategies
• Coordinating internal audit activities across departments
• Evaluating effectiveness of internal control systems and governance frameworks
• Reviewing financial and operational processes for compliance and efficiency
• Identifying risks and recommending corrective actions
• Preparing internal audit reports and presenting findings to management
• Monitoring implementation of audit recommendations
• Strengthening risk management and compliance systems within the Commission
