Customer Acquisition & Sales Execution

  • Actively seek out and approach potential customers in your designated territory through door-to-door visits, field activations, referrals, and local networking.
  • Promote and sell the company’s financial or insurance products by clearly communicating their value proposition, features, and benefits.
  • Accurately identify client needs and recommend appropriate products or packages that align with their goals and financial situation.

Territory Management

  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the local area—including demographics, economic activity, and competitors—to maximize sales potential.
  • Strategically plan and map daily routes and outreach to cover key areas and optimize client engagement.
  • Provide feedback and insights from the field regarding customer preferences, competitor activity, and market trends.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build long-term relationships with customers to ensure retention, satisfaction, and referral business.
  • Educate clients on product usage, payment plans, and policy terms to ensure transparency and trust.
  • Follow up with clients after sales to ensure delivery of services and to offer continued support.

Sales Reporting & Documentation

  • Keep detailed records of all customer interactions, leads, and sales using designated tracking tools or CRM systems.
  • Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to your supervisor or regional manager.
  • Track and reconcile commissions based on successful conversions and ensure documentation is compliant with internal and regulatory standards.

Team Collaboration & Feedback

  • Work closely with the sales team, supervisors, and other departments to ensure a coordinated sales approach across regions.
  • Share insights, leads, and challenges with the team to support collective goals and continuous improvement.
  • Attend scheduled meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.

Compliance & Product Knowledge

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all product offerings, terms, pricing, promotions, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Uphold the company’s code of conduct and ensure ethical selling practices at all times.
  • Ensure that all client interactions and documentation are aligned with company policies, data privacy, and industry regulations.

Target Achievement & Performance

  • Consistently meet or exceed individual and team monthly sales targets.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for professional growth, learning, and improving sales techniques.
  • Manage time effectively to maximize productivity in the field.
  • Diploma or Degree in any field from a recognized institution
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a persuasive approach
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Must be self-motivated, confident, and goal-oriented
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent knowledge of the geographic area you are applying for
