This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Manager located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Digital Marketing Manager will oversee and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media strategies and lead generation initiatives. They will analyze web analytics to optimize campaign performance, collaborate with other marketing teams to ensure brand consistency, and manage budgets for digital marketing initiatives. The manager will also be responsible for identifying new trends in digital marketing to keep the company ahead in a competitive industry.

Qualifications
- Expertise in Digital Marketing, including experience with planning and implementing online campaigns
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing strategies and platforms
- Skills in Lead Generation to attract and convert potential customers
- Knowledge of Web Analytics tools for tracking and evaluating campaign performance
- Broad understanding of Marketing principles and practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and project management abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
