MYDAWA is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Lead to join the Growth team on a fixed-term basis of 5 Months to support continuity of marketing operations. The successful candidate will drive digital growth across APP and Website platforms through digital campaigns, social media management, content development, SEO/SEM initiatives, analytics, and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across APP and Website platforms.
• Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and conversion growth through digital channels.
• Manage MYDAWA’s social media platforms and oversee content development across all marketing channels.
• Plan, execute, and monitor digital campaigns including SEO, SEM, email marketing, SMS marketing, and influencer campaigns.
• Track campaign performance, conduct analytics and reporting, and provide actionable insights.
• Forecast marketing campaign growth and ROI.
• Coordinate audience development and segmentation strategies.
• Conduct competitor intelligence and social listening to support market positioning.
• Collaborate closely with IT and Growth team to ensure successful campaign execution and platform optimization.
• Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Digital Marketing.
• Experience driving growth for E-commerce platforms.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other digital marketing tools.
• Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills..
