Location: Kilimani, Nairobi
Salary: KES 40,000 Gross

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and property sales.
• Manage and grow the company’s social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X.
• Create compelling content, including graphics, videos, property listings, blogs, and promotional materials.
• Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
• Generate quality leads and support the sales team in converting prospects into clients.
• Monitor website performance and implement SEO and SEM strategies to improve online visibility.
• Maintain and update property listings across websites and property portals.
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare detailed marketing reports and recommendations.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
• Coordinate digital campaigns for property launches, promotions, and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional certification in Digital Marketing, SEO, Google Ads, or Social Media Marketing is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Digital Marketing, with at least 2 years’ experience in the real estate industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing successful digital marketing campaigns and generating leads.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
• Strong content creation, copywriting, and branding skills.
• Experience using graphic design and content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Highly creative, organized, and detail-oriented.
