Role Purpose:
The Digital Curriculum Content Officer will support the development, management, and quality assurance of FIPS-Africa’s training content by coordinating and organizing digital learning materials for effective farmer and field staff engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source, organize, and manage digital training content, including photos, videos, and illustrations.
- Ensure content quality aligns with FIPS training standards and curriculum.
- Coordinate with field teams and external service providers.
- Support documentation and dissemination of training materials.
- Participate in field-based engagements as required.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Communication and Multimedia, Education Technology, or a related field.
- Proven internal experience working with farmers and FIPS training programs.
Required Competencies & Skills:
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of basic photography and videography standards.
- Strong organization, time management, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail, quality orientation, proactiveness, and adaptability.
