Nimble Group Kenya is seeking motivated and results-driven Debt Collection Agents to join our high-performing team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are skilled at negotiation and communication. As a Collections Agent, you will play a critical role in recovering overdue accounts while maintaining professionalism and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to individuals with overdue accounts.
- Negotiate repayment plans in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions and payment arrangements.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
- Handle sensitive financial matters with empathy, discretion, and professionalism.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Persistence and resilience in achieving targets.
- Ability to work under pressure in a goal-oriented environment.
- High level of integrity and ethical conduct.
- Prior experience in debt collection, sales, or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
