What you will do:
- Allocate and manage company motorbikes, including documentation, handover, replacements, and returns.
- Maintain accurate fleet records on ERP and internal systems.
- Manage fuel cards, set fuel limits, and monitor fuel usage and deductions.
- Coordinate servicing, repairs, and maintenance with approved vendors.
- Handle accident reporting, insurance processes, and incident follow-ups.
- Ensure fleet compliance with insurance, safety, and company policies.
- Liaise with internal teams and external vendors on fleet-related matters.
- Prepare basic fleet, fuel, and maintenance reports.
- Identify improvement opportunities to enhance fleet efficiency and reduce costs.
- Organize and coordinate assignments of daily field assignments
- Updating both internal and external field cases in the ERP systems.
- Assist in preparation of regularly scheduled field reports
- Provide information to customers by answering questions and requests.
- Support of customers who visit the office on repossessed units in the yard and negotiate for payments
- Submit and reconcile field expense reports.
- Generation of field letters in the system
- Resolve daily administrative problems
- Upload photos of ads on the website, such as Jiji, car portal & Facebook.
- Conduct external valuations and create DCAC Invoices.
- Running of Auction & Announcing auction winners
- Any other duties that may be assigned by the supervisor.
