Role Purpose:
The Data Systems & Analysis Officer will lead the day-to-day management of FIPS Africa’s digital monitoring database and dashboards. The role ensures high-quality data architecture, consistent system use, and timely analysis to support learning, evidence-based decision-making, and adaptive management. The role will also serve as the primary internal liaison with a consultant firm developing FIPS’ digital monitoring system.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain FIPS’ digital monitoring database and dashboards.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistent system use across teams.
- Produce timely analysis and insights to support MEL and program learning.
- Coordinate closely with an external consultant firm to ensure system design meets program and MEL needs..
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Information Systems, Monitoring & Evaluation, or a related field.
- Experience managing digital data systems, dashboards, or MIS platforms.
- Strong data analysis and data quality management skills.
- Experience working with MEL systems or program monitoring data is an added advantage.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
