Key Responsibilities:
- Typing, typesetting and formatting, including basic graphic design.
- Data input from paper, scanned documents, typing, editing.
- You will be responsible for filing and report writing.
- Database management: Maintaining and updating databases with new information.
- File management: Organizing and storing manual and digital files related to data entry tasks.
Qualifications:
- Customer Service: Skilled in clear communication and efficient information retrieval from customers to accurately update records.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy: Proficient keyboarding skills are essential for efficient data entry. Proficient in basic graphic design
- Data entry software proficiency: Familiarity with various data entry applications like spreadsheets, databases, and specific industry software.
- Computer skills: Skills in typing and Microsoft Office programs will be useful in the Data Entry Clerk role. Attention to detail: Ability to carefully review data for errors and inconsistencies.
