We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. This role involves handling, processing, and updating company data to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and timely reporting.

  • Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems using keyboards, scanners, or other tools.
  • Enter data provided directly by customers.
  • Create spreadsheets with large datasets while ensuring zero errors.
  • Verify accuracy of data by cross-checking with source documents.
  • Update existing records accurately and promptly.
  • Retrieve information from databases or electronic files when requested.
  • Perform regular backups to ensure data security.
  • Organize and store paperwork after data entry to prevent data loss.

Key Outputs/Deliverables:

  • Accurate and timely daily cash flow reports.
  • Prompt processing of client payments upon invoice receipt.
  • Safe and organized document storage for easy retrieval during audits.
  • Compliance with the company’s finance and accounting policies.
  • Timely posting of transactions in the financial management system.
  • High School Certificate with an overall C+ grade.
  • C+ or above in Mathematics.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with data entry software.
  • Ability to work with large volumes of data without errors.
