  • Communicate via phone, email, and text while updating internal systems
  • Use CRM tools to document interactions and track resolutions
  • Maintain product knowledge to deliver accurate and helpful support
  • Collaborate with your team and bring positive energy to work every day

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to explain complex processes clearly over the phone
  • Strong multitasking skills: navigating systems while speaking with customers
  • Proven reliability and teamwork in a call center environment
  • Professional tone, clear diction, and proper grammar
  • Start Date: 10th October 2025
