Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone in a timely and professional manner.
• Handle inbound calls initially answered by AI and return calls to ensure client satisfaction.
• Schedule quality assurance calls and obtain signed bills of lading from clients.
• Conduct confirmation calls for pickup times based on driver updates.
• Monitor AI-handled emails and respond to client communications as needed.
• Listen to customer complaints attentively, identify the root cause, and provide solutions that satisfy clients while minimizing company costs.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and high service standards.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Strong phone and email communication skills.
• Empathetic, patient, and capable of managing challenging client interactions.
• Ability to listen carefully and resolve issues effectively with minimal cost impact.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience in customer service, call centers, or administrative roles is preferred.
• Comfortable working in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
