Key Responsibilities
- Continuously monitor load boards to identify newly posted freight opportunities.
- Immediately call brokers in English to offer BSG’s services.
- Secure freight by acting quickly and with a strong sense of urgency.
- Gather and confirm key load information (origin, destination, dates, rate, and requirements).
- Accurately record calls and secured opportunities in an organized manner.
- Transfer load information to the internal team for management.
- Meet daily activity and performance objectives.
Skills & Qualifications
- Advanced or fluent English (mandatory) – excellent oral communication skills.
- Junior profile with strong eagerness to learn.
- Confidence and clarity when speaking on the phone.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle a high volume of calls.
- Fast, persistent, and results-driven personality.
- Previous experience in call centers, customer service, or logistics is a plus, but not required
