Qualifications

- 2-4 years of CRM admin experience (e.g., Zoho,Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Skilled in CRM setup, reporting, and data analysis
- Strong understanding of databases and data cleaning
- API and CRM integration knowledge a bonus
- Excellent communicator with strong organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving mindset
- Zoho CRM certification is a plus
- Experience in real estate, marketing, or sales ops is an asset
