Role Overview

Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:

• Build data-informed creative strategies and campaign messaging frameworks.
• Write clear, actionable briefs that translate audience insights into powerful campaign ideas and share them with clients.
• Collaborate with internal and external designers to produce high-converting ads across Meta, YouTube, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, and other platforms.
• Harness AI tools to boost creative output and increase testing speed.
• Review, interpret, and present creative performance data in a straightforward and confident way.
• Jump into design when needed to keep projects on schedule.

Skills & Experience

Required:

• 4–6+ years in creative strategy, performance marketing, CX, or a similar role.
• Strong grasp of the differences and requirements across Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Background in design or creative production.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with confidence in presenting ideas.
• Familiarity with both B2B sales funnels and B2C e-commerce metrics.
• Fluent, polished English.

Bonus Points For:

• Hands-on experience with AI-driven creative tools.
• Background in B2B marketing, especially within tech or SaaS
