The Creative Manager is a strategic and creative leader responsible for bringing ideas to life and aligning them with the affiliate’s business objectives. This role involves leading teams, developing creative strategies, and managing projects from concept to execution. You will collaborate closely with Marketing (Account and Project Managers), as well as design teams, to ensure quality, creativity, and brand consistency.

  • Project Management: Planning, scheduling, and overseeing creative projects, including developing ideas, concepts, and timelines.
  • Team Leadership: Leading and motivating creative teams, assigning tasks, providing feedback, and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Creative Strategy: Developing and implementing creative strategies that align with brand messaging and marketing goals.
  • Content Creation: Overseeing the development of visual, written, and multimedia materials.
  • Budget Management: Managing project budgets and ensuring resources are used efficiently.
  • Client/Stakeholder Collaboration: Working with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure projects meet their expectations.
  • Quality Control: Ensuring the quality and consistency of all creative output.
  • Vendor Management: Managing relationships with external vendors and partners.
  • Trend Monitoring: Staying up to date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Brand Alignment: Ensuring all creative work aligns with the company’s brand identity and values.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills for managing teams and engaging stakeholders.
  • Proven project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • A strong creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative ideas and concepts.
  • Proficiency in relevant creative tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Understanding of marketing principles and business strategy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills for handling multiple projects.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
