About the job
- Are you a creative mind with sharp design skills and a hunger for impact? We are looking for a Graphics Designer to power our advertising campaigns and e-commerce visuals.
- This isn’t just about making things look good — it’s about designing for conversion, attention, and results.
Responsibilities
- Design banners, reels, and carousels for social and programmatic ads (Google, Meta, TikTok, DV360)
- Create visuals for product pages, landing pages, WhatsApp blasts, and email campaigns
- Collaborate with the Ads and Telesales teams to develop creatives that actually sell
- Support A/B testing of creatives and iterate fast based on performance
Qualifications
- Is fluent in Adobe Creative Suite or Canva Pro
- Understands ad formats and how visual design affects CTR and conversions
- Has experience designing for e-commerce or digital campaigns
- Can work under pressure, meet deadlines, and pivot fast
Bonus If You:
- Have edited motion graphics or short-form product videos
- Understand storytelling in advertising
- Have experience working with teams on live campaigns
