About The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and execution-driven Social Media & Content Manager to lead ARC Ride’s presence across all digital platforms. This role sits at the intersection of content, operations, and storytelling—ensuring our brand is consistently visible, relevant, and engaging in real time. You will be responsible for managing social channels, creating mobile-first content, engaging with our community, and aligning closely with internal teams to bring ARC Ride’s story to life.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Manage and grow ARC Ride’s presence across Instagram, Twitter (X), Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Maintain consistent posting with a weekly content cadence
- Ensure platform-specific tone and content optimization
Content Creation & Real-Time Storytelling
- Capture and produce mobile-first content for real-time posting (events, hubs, activations, daily operations)
- Identify and act on content opportunities as they happen
- Support storytelling that reflects ARC Ride’s ecosystem and impact
Community Engagement
- Manage comments, DMs, and interactions across all platforms
- Build and nurture an engaged online community
- Monitor conversations and flag key insights or issues internally
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with teams across operations, tech, partnerships, and leadership to gather updates and align messaging
- Ensure communication across departments is accurately reflected in social content
Production Coordination
- Collaborate with internal and external production teams (photo/video)
- Support planning of shoots, including content direction and deliverables
- Ensure content captured aligns with ongoing campaigns and brand needs
Content Planning
- Assist in developing and executing monthly content calendars
- Balance content across:
- Product and ecosystem education
- Brand storytelling
- Campaigns and launches
- Community and rider-focused content

Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze performance across all platforms
- Provide weekly and monthly reports with insights on growth, engagement, and content performance
- Continuously optimize content strategy based on data
Qualifications & Experience
- 2–4 years experience in social media management or digital content roles
- Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), and Facebook
- Experience creating content using a mobile-first approach
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Preferred Skills
- Basic photography/video skills (iPhone or equivalent)
- Understanding of brand storytelling and visual direction
- Experience working with production teams or on shoots
- Familiarity with analytics tools and reporting
