Job Summary
Zeplin Investments Limited is seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Agent with a minimum of two (2) years’ experience to support the Company’s compliance, regulatory, and human resource functions. The role is primarily compliance-focused, with additional responsibility for supporting HR process adherence and statutory employment compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, labor regulations, and internal company policies
- Review, interpret, and apply regulatory requirements to internal HR and operational processes
- Maintain up-to-date compliance registers, statutory records, licenses, and regulatory documentation
- Track statutory deadlines, filings, renewals, and compliance obligations, and follow up on outstanding actions
- Conduct internal compliance reviews and support HR-related compliance audits and inspections
- Identify compliance gaps, risks, and non-conformities, and recommend corrective and preventive actions
- Review disciplinary documentation, HR records, and employment processes for legal and procedural compliance
- Support compliance with internal HR policies, disciplinary procedures, and leave administration frameworks
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of HR records, leave data, and HR reports from a compliance perspective
- Coordinate and follow up on HR process adherence across departments
- Prepare compliance reports, findings, and recommendations for management review
- Support regulatory inspections, inquiries, and external audits, including preparation of required documentation
- Maintain proper audit trails and evidence to demonstrate compliance
- Escalate compliance breaches or risks objectively and in line with approved escalation procedures
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, Operations, and Management to strengthen compliance controls
- Handle sensitive compliance and employee information with confidentiality and professionalism
Requirements
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in compliance, HR, audit, or a related role
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Working knowledge of regulatory compliance and employment law requirements
- High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality
- Strong organizational, documentation, and follow-up skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
