Lead and execute strategic sales and growth initiatives across East Africa.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Drive market research, customer acquisition, and CRM adoption.
Oversee pricing strategies, performance reporting, and customer satisfaction frameworks.
Mentor and lead a high-performing commercial team.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven success in senior commercial roles (Sales Manager, BD Manager, Key Account Manager).
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Deep understanding of logistics in East Africa (sea, air, road freight, import/export).
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing (MBA preferred).
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, English & Kiswahili (additional language is a plus).
