We are seeking a dynamic and charismatic College Manager with a strong specialization in Human Resource Management to lead our campus operations. The ideal candidate will be a people-focused leader who inspires confidence, drives team performance, and fosters a positive learning environment. Experience in managing/leading teams of 50+ staff will be a distinct advantage.

  • Operational Leadership – Oversee the day-to-day running of the college, ensuring operational efficiency and alignment with institutional goals.
  • Human Resource Management – Lead all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, staff development, performance appraisals, and disciplinary processes.
  • Team Leadership – Motivate, mentor, and manage academic and administrative staff to maintain high morale and productivity.
  • Student Affairs Oversight – Ensure an engaging and supportive environment for students, addressing concerns promptly.
  • Policy Compliance – Ensure adherence to academic, HR, and institutional policies, as well as local regulatory requirements.
  • Conflict Resolution – Manage and resolve workplace and student disputes with tact and fairness.
  • Stakeholder Engagement – Represent the college in community, academic, and industry forums to strengthen partnerships.
  • Strategic Planning – Contribute to campus growth plans, marketing initiatives, and quality assurance programs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Education Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree is an added advantage).
  • Proven experience in a leadership or management role within an educational or corporate setting.
  • Solid HR knowledge, including Kenyan labor laws, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills.
  • Prior experience managing/leading a team of 50+ staff is a strong advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Charismatic leadership style with the ability to inspire and influence.
