Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Nairobi County, Kenya, for the role of Collection Officer (Salary Advance Loans). Responsibilities include managing debt recovery processes for salary advance loans, analyzing loan repayment trends, maintaining up-to-date loan records, and liaising with customers to resolve repayment issues. The officer will also provide excellent customer service and ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Debt Collection processes and practices.
- Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating repayment trends and loan portfolios.
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to efficiently manage customer relationships.
- Basic understanding of Finance principles and ability to work with financial data.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with local regulations and policies related to loan recovery is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
