Role Focus:

The primary responsibility is to acquire new clients and generate new business for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients and generate new leads.
• Present the company’s printing, branding, signage and promotional solutions.
• Follow up on leads, quotations and proposals and convert prospects into paying clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Identify opportunities for repeat and additional business from existing clients.
• Meet agreed sales and new-client acquisition targets.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure client requirements are delivered as agreed.

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in sales, client acquisition, business development or marketing.
• Experience in printing, branding, signage or advertising is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation and client relationship skills.
• Proven ability to find new business and convert leads into sales.
• Self-driven, target-oriented and commercially minded.
• Mature and professional when dealing with clients and business decision-makers.

Remuneration:

Monthly Retainer + Attractive Commission on New Business Successfully Acquired and Closed
