Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Insurance, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Finance, or a related field.Â
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a similar role within a medium to large organization.Â
Skills Required
- Strong understanding of medical claims procedures, billing, and coding
- Proficiency in claims management and hospital information systems
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and documentation
- Analytical skills with the ability to resolve claim discrepancies
- Strong communication and coordination skillsÂ
